Umety offers the world's most comprehensive VR solution for education, including hardware specifically designed for the classroom. The headset is user-friendly and easily integrated into educational settings.
It's a standalone headset that doesn't require a computer or smartphone to operate, which simplifies setup and eliminates compatibility concerns. We designed it with a variety of teaching environments in mind.
No internet? No problem. Students still have access to the full library of content completely offline. A fully charged battery lasts all day, and you can add a secure storage and charging solution designed specifically for our headsets.

Not All VR Headsets Are Built the Same
There are two types of VR headsets. Practicality has driven us to center our offering around the 3DoF device with a controller. Though the sense of immersion may be heightened using 6DoF devices, for education we need to consider all aspects — from the availability of content to space requirements, safety, practical usage, privacy concerns and overall price.
3DoF
Tracks the orientation of the user's head, meaning the user will be immersed in a virtual environment while remaining in one place.
6DoF
Tracks both the orientation and position of the user's head, allowing the user to both look around and move within the virtual environment.
